Is there a free trial or demo?

Yes! MODDS.WACTH offers a free demo mode where you can test modding tools on a sample watch, explore basic features, and preview the experience before upgrading. This way, you can try it out risk-free.

Can I buy real watches or modding parts through the app?

Not yet. MODDS.WACTH doesn't sell watches, parts, or mod kits. It's a visual planning tool to help you design first before buying anything. However, we're exploring affiliate links in the future so you can quickly find compatible mod parts directly from trusted sellers.

Nope. MODDS.WACTH is 100% web-based. If your device can run a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.), you can start modding instantly — no downloads, no installations.

Will you add more watches?

Absolutely! We're constantly expanding the collection based on community feedback. You can vote for watches you want added in the dashboard and suggest new models through it. Your feedback directly shapes the future of MODDS.WACTH.

Does MODDS.WACTH send me a list of parts to buy?

Not yet — but we're working on it. We're developing a Build Export feature that will show a complete list of parts used in your design and provide optional affiliate links to buy them directly. This will make planning your next build even easier.

Can I export my designs?

Yes! Currently you can take high-quality screenshots of your custom watch mods and share them with the modding community on social media or with modding suppliers.

Why isn't there a free unlimited version?

Because MODDS.WACTH is built and maintained by a solo developer — without investors or big funding. Each watch requires buying real watches, manually 3D-modeling every single part, maintaining the app, and adding continuous updates & support. Subscriptions directly fund new models, better tools, and faster updates.

Is this an NFT platform or AI-generated system?

No, MODDS.WACTH has nothing to do with NFTs and does not sell digital assets. Also, we don't use AI to generate watch renders. Everything you see is real-time 3D rendering built using Babylon.js. This is a professional visualization tool, not an AI image generator or NFT marketplace.

Why not just put ads or affiliate links instead of charging users?

We tested that — but here's why it doesn't work: Most users ignore affiliate links, ads generate extremely low revenue in niche communities, many people hate ads (including us!) and use blockers. Paid access is the only sustainable way to keep developing MODDS.WACTH and adding new watches.

How much does it actually cost per year?

It depends on how you use it: Subscription Plan → $90/year ($7.50/month, billed annually) — best value if you use it regularly. Pay-As-You-Go Points → $2/day of Pro access. Perfect if you only mod occasionally. You can choose whichever fits your workflow.

What payment methods are accepted?

I created MODDS.WACTH because I wanted a fun, powerful, and accurate way to preview mods in 3D before buying any parts. There are no investors, no big team, no funding — just one guy building something for the community, full-time.

Are my watch mods safe?

Absolutely! Only you have access to your custom watch mod designs in real time. Your modding projects and customizations are completely private until you decide to share them with the community.

I'm having issues with payment or access — what do I do?

Please check that you're using the latest version of your browser and that your internet is stable. If payment is stuck or points/subscription didn't show up, sometimes the system needs a few minutes to process the payment. If you still have issues, try to refresh the dashboard page in a few minutes after the payment is confirmed. If you still have issues, please reach out to me at [email protected] and I'll sort it out fast. Remember, I need to sleep sometimes.

Do points expire? If so, when?

No, points never expire. You can collect as many as you want and use them occasionally.

How do taxes/VAT work?

What you see is what you pay. If you see $9/month, you'll pay exactly $9/month (or the equivalent in your currency). No hidden fees, no extra taxes.

Can I switch between points and a subscription anytime?

Yes, but only one way: You can upgrade from using points to a subscription anytime. Any unused points will stay in your account for future use. Switching back from subscription to points will only be possible after you cancel your subscription and your subscription period ends.

How do I sign in? Do you support Google sign-in only or email/password?

Currently, we support Google Sign-In and Magic Link login. For security reasons, we don't collect or store passwords. You only need your email to sign in — simple and safe.

Do you track my designs? Who can see them?

No, we don't track, share, or analyze your designs. Everything you create stays 100% private and visible only to you.

How do I vote for the next watch to add?

You can vote directly in your dashboard. Community feedback helps us decide which models to add next.

How can I request a feature?

Inside your dashboard, you'll find a feature request option where you can submit ideas or vote for existing ones.

Do you store payment info?

No, we never store your payment details, passwords, or any sensitive information. All transactions are securely processed via Lemon Squeezy, our trusted payment provider.
