MODDS.WATCH is a creative, community-driven platform designed for watch modding enthusiasts — both hobbyists and professionals — to preview customizations before attempting them on physical watches. Our goal is to make virtual watch modding accessible to everyone, completely free of charge.

You may use MODDS.WATCH freely without creating an account or registering. By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or have the permission of a legal guardian if younger) and that you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

MODDS.WATCH is open and free to use — no registration or login is required. All available features can be accessed directly through the website. Certain optional features in the future may require authentication (for example, saving your favorite mods or submitting suggestions), but these will remain voluntary and clearly marked.

While MODDS.WATCH is free, you can support its development through: Monthly memberships on Patreon, or One-time donations via Ko-fi. These contributions are entirely optional and act as voluntary donations — not purchases. They do not grant ownership, special rights, or guaranteed features, but may give supporters access to early previews, behind-the-scenes updates, or community voting (where available).

All content, including 3D models, code, branding, and design assets, is owned by MODDS.WATCH or its licensors and protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use any part of the Service without written permission. All third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks (e.g., Casio, Seiko, etc.) belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this site does not imply endorsement or affiliation. 3D models featured on MODDS.WATCH are artistic and educational representations, not exact replicas of real products. MODDS.WATCH does not sell or distribute any physical watch parts, models, or counterfeit materials. If you create custom watch mod designs through the platform, you retain ownership of your creations. By sharing them publicly, you grant MODDS.WATCH permission to display or showcase them as part of the community experience (with proper credit).

You agree not to: Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes. Attempt to modify, hack, or disrupt the platform's operation. Upload malicious or unauthorized content. Misuse or redistribute any part of the Service commercially. We reserve the right to block or restrict access if these rules are violated.

MODDS.WATCH relies on trusted third-party tools (such as Patreon, Ko-fi, Google Analytics, and Amazon SES) to manage donations, analytics, and email delivery. Each of these services has its own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review separately. We are not responsible for their individual practices or policies.
